Setting Goals
Based on the questions above choose at least two things that you would like to improve upon that are
realistic for you to achieve over the next week. Don’t feel bad if you can not do it everyday, just start
again the next day and carry on.
The only steps that matter are the ones that we take towards out true self, not the ones away - so again,

There is no judgment that is needed, just space for honesty and understanding for yourself.
Now that you have set your goals, be sure to try and implement them over the next week. Don't worry if you drop the ball and aren't able to do it every day. Just pick up where you left off and keep going.
